摘要
借助于环境价值链理论,分析流程式生产的资源节约与环境友好特性,建立其废弃物流链的循环利用网络模式。通过对废弃物不同处理方法的环境效益进行数量化分析,总结出废弃物处理方式的判定标准。最后用贵糖集团的生产数据,实证分析流程式生产的生态效益测度的可行性。实证结果表明,贵糖集团采用延长产业链的方法对其废弃物进行回收再利用,效果显著,企业的生态效益十分可观。
By using the theory of environmental value chain, the performance of resources saver and environment friendly in flowing production are analyzed, and setup a cycle-reusing network model of the offal supply chain. After quantitative analyzing the eco-efficiency of different ways of disposal the offal, a judging criterion of ways of offal disposal is summarized. At the end, a data example of Guitang Group proves the feasibility of this method. The resuits show the obvious eco-efficiency of the group by extending the industry chain when dealing with the offal.
