摘要 为了研究CUEDomain Containing1(CUEDC1)蛋白质功能,构建了pcDNA3.0-Flag-CUEDC1表达载体,并且成功表达Flag-CUEDC1蛋白质。通过双荧光报告系统,对比CUEDC1与CUEDC2对PRB和ERα转录活性的影响。其结果显示,CUEDC2能够抑制PRB和ERα转录活性,而CUEDC1对PRB和ERα转录活性的影响不显著。 In order to explore the function of CUEDC1, pcDNA3.0-Flag-CUEDC1 was constructed and Flag- CUEDC1 protein was obtained. Using Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System, the effects of CUEDC1 and CUEDC2 are detected on PRB or ERα mediated transactivity. The results demonstrated that CUEDC2 inhibits the transactivity of PRB and ERα, whereas CUEDC1 has no effect on transactivity mediated by PRB and ERα.
