可调式外固定架固定治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折的临床观察

Clinical Reseach of Treating the Fracture of the Distal Radius of the Aged with Assembled External Fixation Instrument

为评价手法复位可调式外固定架固定治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折的疗效,以2003年1月～2006年1月应用可调式外固定架固定治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折32例,术后随访3个月～3年,以临床疗效和X线片表征为指标,按照Jakim评分系统进行疗效评分。结果评定为优21例,良9例,优良率为93.8%。说明手法复位可调式外固定架固定是一种治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的理想方法。

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treating the fracture of the distal radius of the aged with the assembled external fixation instrument, from 2003.1 to 2006.1, 32 fractures of the distal radius of the aged are treated with the assembled external fixation instrument. After three months to three years follow-up, clinic therapeutic effect of each patient was evaluated according to the Jakim scoring system. It is resulted that ＂excellent ＂ were 21 and the ＂good＂ were 9. It is conclused that assembled external fixation instrument is a good way to treat unstable fractures of the distal end of the radius of the aged.
