晚期妊娠合并卵巢黄素囊肿10例分析

目的加强认识晚期妊娠合并卵巢黄素囊肿的诊断和处理。方法对我院4年来发现晚期妊娠合并卵巢黄素囊肿10例及同期发现晚期妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤16例从孕妇年龄、孕周、卵巢性状、处理等方面进行回顾性比较分析。结果晚期妊娠合并卵巢黄素囊肿或合并卵巢肿瘤均容易漏诊、误诊。两者治疗方法不尽相同。结论提高对晚期妊娠合并卵巢黄素囊肿的鉴别能力,避免不必要的手术。

Objective Strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of theca luteinized cyst in late pregnancy woman. Methods Theca luteinized cysts were detected in ten late pregnancy women in our hospital, and ovarian tumors were found in the same period in 16 late pregnancy women. A retrospective comparative analysis of maternal age, gestational age, ovarian traits, and treatment, etc. between these two groups was performed. Results Late pregnancy woman with theca luteinized cyst or ovarian tumor had the trend of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The treatment for theca luteinized cyst or ovarian tumor was different. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the ability of differential diagnosis of theca luteinized cyst and ovarian in late pregnancy women and to avoid improper operation.
