循证护理在COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者氧疗中的应用

Application of Evidence-Based Narsing in COPD Patients with Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure Treated by Oxygen Thearpy

目的:研究循证护理对COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者氧疗的应用效果。方法:将192例COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为实验组、对照组,各96例。两组患者实施氧疗时分别行循证护理和传统护理,采用定时血气分析并对结果进行对比。结果:两组患者的PaCO2、PaO2/FiO2存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者氧疗时实验组采用循证护理效果优于对照组。

Objective： To study effect of evidence-based nursing in oxygen therapy for COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods ：192 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the 96 patients in experiment group were received oxygen therapy based on evidence - based nursing, and the 96 patients in control group were received oxygen therapy based on traditional nursing. Blood gas analysis were performed in all the patients and the results were compared. Results：There were significant differences in PaCO2, PaO2/FiO2 between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： As compare with control group, the effect of oxygen therapy on evidence - based nursing is better than that on tranditional nursing.
