Submission of papers Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not being considered contemporaneously for publication elsewhere. Submission of a multi-authored manuscript implies the consent of all the participating authors. All papers will be independently refereed. At their convenience, contributors can send papers for consideration to Editor in Chief, Guowu Zhang or to members of the Editorial Board.
