摘要
对潮汕地区野生植物艾蒿的氨基酸种类与含量、矿物元素进行了检测分析,结果表明,艾蒿含有多种营养成分,富含多种氨基酸,且含有7种人体必需氨基酸;此外,还含有丰富的钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜和硒等无机元素。旨在为开发利用艾蒿这一中草药植物资源提供科学依据。
This paper analyzed the kind and content of amino acids and mineral element of Artemisia vulgaris L. in chaoshan area of Guangdong province. The result showed that it has a variety of ingredients rich in amino acids, containing at least 7 kinds of essential amino acids; In addition, rich in calcium, calcium, magnesium ,iron, manganese ,copper,zine and selenium and other inorganic elements. In order to provide scientific basis for development and utilization of Artemisia Vularis L.
