摘要 近年来金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素的敏感性逐渐下降,并在各国相继出现了耐药菌株。根据国内外相关文献报道,笔者从耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(VRSA)的发现、耐药机制、治疗VRSA感染的药物等方面进行综述。 In recent years, vancomycin sensitivity of the Staphylococcus aureus has been dropped gradually in the world, and the medicine-resistant strains appear one after another in various countries. The discovery, medicine mechanism and treatment of vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(VRSA) were reviewed in this article.
