罗红霉素胶囊剂中罗红霉素红外光谱鉴别方法的实验

Identification of Roxithromycin in Its Capsules by Infrared Spectrophotometry

目的:建立罗红霉素胶囊的红外光谱鉴别方法。方法:采用红外分光光度法,以乙醇、丙酮为溶剂提取,光谱纯(溴化钾压片)测定红外吸收光谱。结果:罗红霉素胶囊与罗红霉素对照品的红外吸收光谱完全一致,并与国家药典委员会颁布的《药品红外光谱集》中的罗红霉素的标准光谱一致。结论:本方法专属性好,能快速、准确地鉴别罗红霉素胶囊中罗红霉素的成分。

Objective： To establish a rapid and specific method for the identification of roxithromycin capsules. Methods：The infrared spetrophotometry was adopted, in which the recrystallization was carried out with ethanol and acetone as two kinds of solvent and with spectral purity potassium bromide tabletting as the infrared absorption spectrum. Results：The infrared absorption spectrum of the roxithromycin capsules was completely in confomaity with that of the control substance and the standard spectrum of roxithromycin issued in infrared spectrum album of drugs by State Pharmacopoeia Committee. Conclusion：This method is specific, fast and accurate, which can be used for the identification of roxithromycin capsules.
