摘要
目的:考察甲硝唑磷酸二钠与3种抗生素(头孢噻肟钠、克林霉素磷酸酯、硫酸阿米卡星)在9.0 mg/ mL氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定(室温,放置6 h内)配伍液的含量与pH值变化情况以及观察配伍液的外观变化。结果:在室温下6h内甲硝唑磷酸二钠含量均维持在原质量浓度的9.070mg/mL以上,pH值略有下降,外观无明显变化。结论:注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠与3种抗生素在9.0 mg/mL氯化钠注射液中基本稳定。
Objective: To study the compatible stability between metronidazole disodinm phosphate and 3 kinds of antibiotics(cefotaxime sodium, clindamycin phosphate and amikacin sulfate) in 9.0 mg/mL sodium chloride injection. Methods: The content of compatible solution in 6 h at room temperature was measured by UV-VIS spectroscopy. The change of pH value was also measured. The appearance of solution was observed. Results: The content of me^onidazole disodium phosphate for Injection was stable in 6 h. The decrease of pH value was obtained. No obvious change of appearance was found. Conclusion: Compatibility of metronidazole disodium phosphate for injection mixed with 3 kinds of antibiotics in 9.0 mg/mL sodium chloride injection is stable.
