金蝉口服液的制备及其在小儿急性上呼吸道感染协同治疗中的疗效观察

Preparation of JinChan Oral Liquid and Evaluation of Its Effects on Children's Acute Upper Respiratory Infections

目的:探讨金蝉口服液的制备及观察其在小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗中的疗效。方法:通过水提醇沉法,从金银花、黄芩、柴胡、蝉衣等中药中提取有效成分,制成口服液;并随机抽取2008年7月1日—2008年7月31目的急性上呼吸道感染患儿,共127例,分成2组,对金蝉口服液的疗效进行观察。结果:加用金蝉口服液患者的有效率达90.00%,未加用患者的有效率仅为76.12%,两组治疗有效率有显著的差异(t=2.13,P<0.05)。结论:金蝉口服液的制备简单,疗效确切,是理想的治疗急性上呼吸道感染的医院制剂。

Objective： To investigate the preparation of Jinchan oral liquid and observe the effect in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： The active ingredients were extracted with water and precipitated with ethanol from Lonicera japonica Thunb, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Bupleurum chinense Dc. Cicada shell and made into oral liquid. Then we randomly selected 127 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection in hospital from July l, 2008 to July 31, 2008, divided them into two groups, and analysed the effect of Jinchan oral liquid between the two groups. Results： Patients who took Jinchan oral liquid has an effective rate of 90.00%, while those who did not take only 76.12%.The effective rate of two groups has significant difference （t =2.13, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The preparation of Jinchan oral liquid is relatively simple and the liquid shows a high efficacy.
