摘要
[目的]了解广州某医学院校医学生对禽流感的认知程度,探讨切实可行的推广措施预防禽流感。[方法]2009年1月,在广州中医药大学抽取各医学院2~5年级学生1300人进行调查。[结果]调查1158人,禽流感知识来源主要为电视、广播的占20.64%,报刊占24.29%,网络占35.92%,民间消息占9.15%,宣传栏、宣传小册子占10.02%。50.29%曾购买活禽或冰鲜禽类,75.73%曾在宿舍煮食。禽流感认知得分为(78.86±4.15)分,中位数为80.17分,防护指数属于中度。[结论]该校医学生对禽流感的认知程度属中等,半数以上有感染禽流感的危险行为。
[Objeclive]To explore an effective promotion model for AI (Avian Influenza) prevention by investigating students'cognition of Al in a Guangzhou medical university. [Methods]1 300 students ranging from Grade 2 to 5 in all schools at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected for survey. [Resulls]The channels to acquire At knowledge, reported by the 1 158 students in the survey, are mainly from TV and broadcasting programs (20.64 % ), newspapers (24.29 % ), internet(35.92 %), folk information ( 9.15 %), and posters and pamphlets ( 10.02 % ). 50.29 % of the students have once purchased live or chilled poultry products, and 75.73 % of them have cooked such food in the dormitory. The mean AI cognition score is 78.86 ± 4. 15, with the medium being 80. 17. The prevention index is moderate. [Conclusion]Students'eognition of Al in this medical university is moderate, with half of them having dangerous Al-affeeted behavior.
