对地震灾区的卫生防疫现场工作进行总结,提出工作思考,以便为今后的工作提供借鉴。通过现场调查,及时收集地震灾区的基本情况,及时进行灾后卫生学评估。开展以消毒杀虫、疾病监测、食品卫生、饮用水卫生、环境卫生、重点人群免疫、健康教育和心理干预等为重点的灾后卫生防疫工作。并提出了相应的工作思考进行讨论。所防疫的区域实现了大灾之后无大疫的目标,所做的工作具有创新性和可行性。

[Objective]To summarize and analyze the field work on health and anti-epidemic in earthquake-stricken area,and provide the useful experience for the future work. Collect without delay the general situation in earthquake-stricken area by using field survey,and evaluate the hygienic situation after earthquake. The great many work on disinfect, disease supervision,food hygiene, safe drinking water, environmental sanitation, vaccination, health education and psychotherapy were undertaken. The thinking and discussion was given. Arrived at the goal of no endemic after the earthquake. The work findings make innovations and practical.
