摘要
为了提高精细水煤浆的质量,开发了一种应用虚拟仪器的水煤浆制备过程自动控制系统。系统采用PX I总线硬件结构达到稳定的性能,采用模糊逻辑控制压力和超声频率实现生产工艺参数优化,使水煤浆粒度及其分布达到内燃机使用的要求。
In order to improve the quality of ultra-clean micronized coal water fuel, a process autocontrol system based on virtual instrumens is developed. The system applies PXI bus hardware structure to achieve steady performance and applies fuzzy logic to control the pressure and frequency of ultrasonic. The technics parameters of ultra-clean micronized coal water fuel preparation are optimized. The granularity and its distribution of ultra-clean micronized coal water fuel fulfills the qualifications for using in internal-combustion engine.
