摘要
水下目标被动侦测对高灵敏、低频检测矢量水听器提出了越来越高的要求,传统的矢量水听器已不能满足需求。基于新原理的矢量水听器的大量研究,提出了一种新的MEMS矢量水听器,介绍了该水听器方位检测原理;设计了方位估计实验方案,完成了实际的方位估计实验。测试结果表明:该水听器角度测试值与真实值基本相符,误差约为2°。
In the underwater objects passive detection, high sensitivity, low-frequency vector hydrophone with excellent performance is needed. The traditional vector hydrophone can' t match these demands, so much research of vector hydrophone based on new theory is done. A novel MEMS vector hydrophone is presented, the azimuth detection theory of vector hydrophone is introduced. The direction-of-arrival estimation experiment is designed, the experiment is conducted. The test result shows that the test value may agree well with the actual value, the error is within 2°.
