摘要
导电聚吡咯因其特殊结构和优异物化性能,成为构建电化学DNA生物传感器的一种新的介导材料,同时为未来基因电子学的发展提供了新的思路。综述了近年来聚吡咯在电化学DNA生物传感器中的实际应用,讨论了聚吡咯电化学DNA生物传感器构建中的电极选择、电极修饰及DNA探针固定化策略;结合微阵列、微流控技术及纳米材料,对聚吡咯电化学DNA生物传感器的研究动向和应用做了探讨性展望。
Due to its special structure and excellent physical and chemical properties, the conducting polypyrrole is becoming a new material for fabricating electrochemical DNA biosensors and provides a new direction in the development of genolelectronics in future. The paper reviews the practical applications of polypyrrole in electrochemical DNA biosensors during recent years, discusses the selection and modification of electrodes and immobility strategies of DNA probe in the fabrication of the polypyrrole-based electrochemical DNA biosensors. Meanwhile, combined with the microarray, microfluidic techniques and nano-materials, the future researchdirections and applications of polypyrrole-based electrochemical DNA biosensor are discussed.
