摘要
糯扎渡水电站大坝为心墙堆石坝,坝高261.5 m。该坝施工难度大难点多,其中筑坝材料的开采直接影响着工程的施工进度、施工质量和经济效益。为此,筑坝材料主要结合施工开挖进行开采。通过相应的科学试验,开采过程中采用V型起爆网路中的深孔梯段爆破,并辅以微差爆破与挤压爆破等技术,精心设计、合理布孔、科学装药,严格质量控制,保证了有关材料级配要求,使坝体不同部位和区域用料的开采满足了施工需求。
The dam of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is a rock-fill dam with core, with the height of 261.5 m. The construction of the dam is difficult with more problems to be solved, among which the borrowing of the dam construction materials is just a key link to affect the construction progress, construction quality and the economic benefit concerned. Therefore, the construction materials are mainly borrowed in combination with the in-situ construction excavation. Through the relevant scientific experiment, the deep-hole bench blasting is adopted along with the technologies of milli- second blasting and compression blasting etc. based on V detonation network with the efforts of Elaborate Design, reasonable Arrangement of Holes, scientifically powdering, strict quality control, and then, not only the grading requirements of the relevant materials are basically ensured, but the borrowing of the materials for various locations and zones of the dam body are also satisfied.
