摘要
通过对水电施工企业集团资金管理现状分析,从加强资金结算中心建设和实行会计人员委派制入手,企业集团以资金预算管理、强化审批程序为手段,寻求资金管理方法,达到规避财务风险、提高资金使用效益的目的。
Based on the analysis on the status of the fund management of hydropower enterprise group, the target of avoiding financial risk and enhancing the fund utilization efficiency is got by the measures, such as strengthening construction of the funds settlement center, implementing the accountant designation system, managing the fund by budget and enforcing the approval process, so as to seek a reasonable way for fund management.
