摘要
采用微波消解技术处理样品,用原子荧光光谱法测定水产品中痕量铅,讨论并确定了最佳测定条件。结果表明,铅测定的线性范围为0~100.00μg/L,相对标准偏差1.12%,回收率为87.47%~109.60%,本方法简便、快速,可用于水产品中铅的测定。
The microwave assisted sample digestion was applied to the AFS determination of lead in aquatic products. The linear range for detection of lead was 0 - 100 μg/L, the recovery rate was 87.47% - 109.60% and the RSD was 1.12% .This method is accurate, low toxic, convenient and suitable for measurement of lead in acidic solution.
