摘要
2-氯苯基乙酸酯在无水三氯化铝的催化作用下,经傅氏重排制得标题化合物。对其操作工艺进行了研究,并考察了温度、催化剂、时间对收率的影响,得到最优工艺条件为:催化剂与反应物的投料比为1.7∶1,温度为100℃,时间为2 h。该工艺操作简便、成本较低、收率较高,高达96.3%。
2-Chloro-4-acetylphenol was obtained by the Fries re- arrangement of 2-chlorophenylacetate, and the reaction was catalyzed by anhydride aluminum chloride. The white and needle-like 2-chloro-4-acetylphenol was acquired after being re-crystallized with alcohol. The reaction conditions for 2-chlom-4- acetylphenol were studied, and the influence of temperature, catalyst, and reaction time on the product yield were investigated, and the optimum conditions were as follows : the molar ratio of the catalyst and reactant was 1.7:1, the reaction temperature was 100 ℃ ,and the reaction time was 2 h. The process was convenient in operation, and the production cost was lower, with the product yield reaching 96.3 %.
