摘要
基于数字示波器原理,设计了以单片机和FPGA为控制核心,由阻抗变换、峰值检波、程控放大、采样、频率测量以及校准信号产生等模块构成的数字示波器。其实时采样速率小于1MHz,等效采样速率大于200MHz,系统输入频率范围为10Hz~10MHz,幅度范围16mV~8V,垂直灵敏度有1V/div、0.1V/div、2mV/div三档,而水平灵敏度有20ms/div、2ms/div、1ms/div、40μs/div、20μs/div、2μs/div、200ns/div、100ns/div共8档。信号幅度和频率测量误差都小于1%。
Based on the principle of digital oscillograph,using MCU and FPGA as control core,we design a digital dseillograph system which consists of impedance transform module,amplitude testing module,programmable amplifier module,sampling module, frequency testing module and adjusting signal generator, etc. With real-time sampling rate below IMHz and equivalent sampling rate above 200MHz,the system detects signal with frequency rang from 10Hz to10MHz and amplitude range from 16mV to 8V.Its vertical sensitivity is divided to 1V/div,0.1V/div,2mV/div three divisions,Its horizontal sensitivity is divided to 20ms/div ,2ms/div, lms/div,40μs/div,20μs/div,2μs/div,200ns/div, 100ns/div eight divisions.Its amplitude testing error and frequency testing error are both below 1%.
