摘要
目的探讨不同吸氧方式对早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的影响,补充目前ROP与吸氧关系诸多问题的研究内容,更好的剖析目前的研究现状,找出解决ROP的最佳用氧方案。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2007年第1期)、MEDLINE(1966~2006)、EMbase(1966~2006)和中国生物医学文献数据库(1979~2006),收集所有吸氧与ROP关系的系统评价及随机和非随机对照试验,质量评价后进行Meta分析。结果就目前资料,对ROP的发生率的影响有如下倾向,即未吸氧<面罩<高频吸氧(HFV,110~118次/min)<面罩+HFV(110~118次/min)。结论ROP与吸氧关系诸多问题的细则尚无定论,要彻底解决这些问题,需要多中心前瞻性研究才能完成。
Objective To investigate the effect of different methods of oxygen inhalation on retinopathy (ROP) in premature infants to add the research contents of the related problems about oxygen inhalation and retinopathy in premature infants, in order to find the best way of oxygen inhalation for the treatment of ROP in premature infants. Methods The related data were retrieved, including Cochrane Library ( Issue 1,2007 ), MEDLINE ( 1966 - 2006 ), EM base ( 1966 - 2006 ) and CMCC ( 1979 - 2006 ), collecting relevant systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials and non randomized controlled trials about the relationship bewteen different methods of oxygen inhalation and ROP. Results According to present data, the effect of different methods of oxygen inhalation on ROP showed the tendency of non oxygen inhalation 〈 mask 〈 HFV( 110 - 118 times/min) 〈 mask + HFV ( 110 - 118 times/min). Conclusion As for the relationship between oxygen inhalation and ROP, the present research data can not resolve these problems thoroughly, which needs muhicentre perspective study that is the scientific, effective, rapid way to resolve these problems.
