摘要 目的比较手术联合放射治疗与单纯放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法回顾分析111例瘢痕疙瘩患者采用2种治疗方法的疗效,其中手术联合放射治疗67例(手术+放疗组),单纯放射治疗44例(单纯放疗组)。结果手术+放疗组治愈率为62.7%,有效率为97.0%,无效率3.0%。单纯放疗组治愈率为59.1%,有效率为81.8%,无效率18.2%。2组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有效率及无效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术联合放射治疗对瘢痕疙瘩的疗效优于单纯放射治疗。 Objective To compare the efficacy between operation combined with radiotherapy and simple radiotherapy in treatment of keloid. Methods The therapeutic effects of operation combined with radiotherapy and simple radiotherapy on 111 cases of keloid were retrospectively compared, including 67 patients in operation + radiotherapy group and 44 cases in simple radiotherapy group. Results The cure rate, effective rate and ineffective rate in operation + radiotherapy group were 62.7% , 97.0%, 3.0% respectively, which in simple radiotherapy group were 59.1%, 81.8%, 18.2% respectively. There was no significant difference in cure rate between two groups ( P 〉 0.05), however, there were significant differences in effective rate and ineffective rate between two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of operation combined with radiotherapy on keloid is superior to that of simple radiotherapy.
