摘要
对缝纫机压脚板扳手成形工艺进行了分析,在原有模具基础上进行了改进,设计了1副精冲模,经过生产验证,产品满足要求。利用Deformed-2D软件对零件的精冲过程进行了模拟,分析了精冲过程中的应变、损伤及冲裁力变化情况。
The forming process of a spanner for the hold down plate ot a sewing machine was studied and a fine blanking die was developed based on the improvement of a former stamping die. The fine blanking procedure of the component was simulated using Deformed-2D software; the stress, damage and the changing situation of pressing force during the process were analyzed as well.
