摘要
用实验方法研究了坯料硬度、整形量和凹模预盈量等参数对整形后直齿圆柱齿轮齿形尺寸的影响。结果表明,随材料硬度或整形量的提高,整形后齿轮的跨三齿公法线长度变长;随凹模预盈量的增大,整形后齿轮的跨三齿公法线长度和齿根圆直径减小;与整形量相比,材料硬度或凹模预盈量对整形后齿轮齿形尺寸的影响更大,可以通过调整凹模预盈量,在一定范围内调整整形后齿轮的齿形尺寸。
The influences of material hardness, the interference value between billet and die and the interference value between shrinkage ring and die insert on the dimensions of a spur gear formed by cold sizing were studied by experiment. The results show that the sized gear' s common normal length will increase with the increase of material hardness or interference value between billet and die; the sized spur gear's common normal length and diameter of root circle will decrease with the increase of interference between shrinkage ring and die insert. Compared with the change of interference between billet and die, the change of material hardness or the interference between shrinkage ring and die insert have great influence on the dimensions of the sized spur gear. The parameters of the sized gear can be adjusted in a certain range by the method of adjusting the interference between shrinkage ring and die insert.
