A Discussion on Problems in Agricultural Land Protection in Rural Land Management Institutional Reform

在简要回顾我国耕地保护政策演变的基础上,结合农村土地管理制度改革,就耕地保护主体及事关耕地保护成败的关键问题进行了深入分析,并从机制和体制建设方面提出了若干建议。

Based on a brief review of the development of China＇s cultivated land protection policy as well as the reform of rural land management system, this paper makes a deep analysis of the principal body of cultivated land protection and the key problems related to farmland protection, and offers some proposals for the construction of mechanism and institution.
