摘要
研究并建立了醋酸纤维素丝束(醋纤丝束)气味的感官分析方法。对丝束的主要气味物质丙酮和乙酸进行测定,嗅阈值分别为丙酮46mg/L,乙酸0.074mg/L。本法检测灵敏度高,能对正常丝束气味和混有其它物质的异常丝束气味进行准确辨别。用该法对厂家生产的醋纤丝束进行嗅味测试,结果显示质量合格的丝束气味强度为2~3,当强度大于4时应引起厂家高度重视。
A sensory examination method - improved triangle odor bag method for the identification of odor of the acetate fibrils which are produced by Nantong Cellulose Acetate Tow Co., Ltd. was developed. The method was based on the assessor, olfaction training and procedure, referenced and sample preparation. The result showed that after a short training period, an olfaction panel could provide a sensitive analysis of taste and odor of acetone and acetic acid which are the main odours substance from the acetate fibrils. The odor threshold concentrations of acetone and acetic acid were 46 mg/L and 0. 074 mg/L, respectively. After the odor threshold and strength training, the panel could evaluate the acetone odor and acetic acid odor in acetate fiber and distinguish the normal acetate fiber odors from the alonormal acetate fiber odors. The method was applied to determine the odor of actual acetate fibrils samples. It was shown that the intensity of odor from normal acetate fiber samples was 2-3, while the odor intensity from the anormal sample was more than 4, which must be paid attention to by the manufactory.
