摩托车乘员头盔护目镜强度检测装置研究

摘要 根据摩托车乘员头盔检测国家标准规定的铅弹发射速度要求,应用牛顿第二运动定律及气体动力学理论,建立了速度发生器动力学模型,所设计的检测装置经过仿真计算与试验验证满足GB811-1998的相关规定.该装置可以有效评价摩托车头盔护目镜的强度、提高头盔的被动安全性. According to the lead bullets fired speed requirements provided for by the national standards for motorcycle helmets' inspection, and applying Newton's Second Motion Law and aerodynamics theory, a dynamics model of the speed generator is established. The inspection device through emulating calculation and test verification can meet the relevant formulates of GB811 - 1998. The device can effectively evaluate the intensity of motorcycle helmets' goggles ,and improve the passive safety of helmets.
