摘要
利用ANSYS自带的/OPT优化模块及ANSYS提供的零阶优化方法,对一种铁水罐倾翻吊钩进行结构优化设计.根据吊钩的使用要求,将吊钩的厚度和圆孔半径作为优化变量,以吊钩自重为目标函数,达到减轻吊钩自重的目的,并对优化后的吊钩作出结构上的安全性评价.
Carrying out an automatic optimum designs to the hook by the/OPT module of ANSYS itself and the zero order optimizing method of AN- SYS providing. A type hot - metal ladle roll - over hook structure 's optimization design has been done. According to its usage demand, making hook's thickness and round hole's radius as the optimization variables, then the hook's self - weigh be made as the target function. The optimizing target is reducing the hook's selfweigh. Estimating the security of the hook structure after optimization.
