摘要
研究了葡萄酒中对位红和4种苏丹色素的液相色谱测定方法。葡萄酒中对位红和4种苏丹色素经正己烷提取,氮气吹干后以乙腈定容,用ZORBAXEclipseXDB-C18柱分离,乙腈为流动相,经液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定。该法检出限分别为1.0μg/L、2.0μg/L、3.0μg/L、2.5μg/L、3.0μg/L,回收率在98.6%~103.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤2.22%。
The determination method ofpara red and four kinds of sudan dyes in grape wine was studied. Para red and sudan dyes were extracted from grape wine by normal hexane, then dried by nitrogen, then fixed by acetonitrile, and then separated by ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (acetonitrile used as mobile phase), and finally detected by liquid chromatography and diode array detector. The detection limits of para red and the four kinds of sudan dyes were 1.0 ug/L, 2.0 ug/L, 3.0 ug/L,2.5 ug/L and 3.0 ug/L respectively and their recovery was between 98.6 %- 103.7 % and their RSD were ≤2.22 %.
