摘要
建立了氢化物发生原子荧光测定啤酒及啤酒酒糟中砷的方法,并对各种最佳分析条件进行探讨和验证,优化了介质酸度、硼氢化钾浓度和载气流速等测定条件。在优化条件下,砷的检测限为0.04ng/mL,样品加标回收率在95.6%~99.8%之间,应用于啤酒及啤酒酒糟中砷的测定,省时,省试剂,灵敏度高,操作简便。
The determination of arsenic in beer and beer lees by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed and the optimum processing conditions were studied including the flowing rate of carrier gas, the concentration of potassium tetrahydroborate solution and the acidity of sam- ple solution. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit of arsenic was 0.04 ng/mL, and the recovery of beer samples was in the range of 95.6 % -99.8 %. The method had the advantages including time-saving, high-sensitivity, and simple operation.
