绍兴黄酒以卓越的品质和独特的风格闻名于世;近年来整个黄酒产业得到迅速发展。为确保绍兴黄酒的品质和食用安全,必须加强糯米品质与产品品质的相关性研究和糯米农残检测技术的研究,并建立原料基地,从源头上加以控制。
Shaoxing yellow rice wine is famous around the world for its excellent quality and its special styles. In recent years, yellow rice wine industry has achieved rapid development. In order to ensure the quality and the safety of Shaoxing yellow rice wine, we must strengthen the research on the association of glutinous rice quality and product wine quality and the research on the detection of residual pesticide adjuvants in glutinous rice.
