摘要
学习动机是影响学习者学习的一种重要的非智力因素。本文从动机概念入手,重点介绍了具有代表性的适用于远程教育的学习动机理论,包括马斯洛的需要层次说、人本主义学习动机理论、行为主义学习动机理论、学习动机的归因论和ARCS动机模型,然后结合远程教育的实际提出了远程学习者学习动机的培养和激发策略,促使其以积极的态度自觉地进行远程自主学习,从而达到理想的学习效果,保证远程教育的教学质量。
The learning motivation affects one kind of important non - intelligence factor which the learner studies. In this paper, starting from the concept of motivation, focusing on the application of a representative learning motivation theory apply to the distance education, including Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the humanistic theory of motivation, behavior and learning theory of motivation, attribution theory of learning motivation and the ARCS motivation model, and then combines with the actual distance education to train and inspire the remote learners motivated learning strategies.
