Application of ActiveX in Handwriting Number Identification System

研究了基于ActiveX手写数字识别系统中的输入元素,它是一个能运行在其他应用程序环境ActiveX控件。其主要功能在于能对用户的手写输入进行跟踪并显示在窗体中,且可对输入的手写数字进行特征提取。以Visual C++中的MFCActiveX Wizard为工具,介绍了控件的开发方法,给出了特征提取的关键代码。最后以Matlab为平台说明了在Matlab应用程序中利用此控件进行手写数字识别的实现结果,对类似系统的开发有一定参考价值。

Input element which is based on ActiveX technology in handwriting number identification system is studied. Besides, it can be run in other application environment and the main function of this ActiveX control can trace and display users＇ handwriting input, even extract characteristics value of input. Using MFC ActiveX Wizard in Visual C ＋ ＋ , the developing method is introduced and critical codes are provided in characteristics extraction. Finally, the implementing result is tested in Matlab application environment based on this ActiveX control, and it can be used for reference for other similar systems.
