Implementation of Data Communication Between PLC and Storehouse Controller

针对设备多而分散的大型制冷监控系统,提出了一种集中与分散相结合、分级模块化的控制方式,阐述了大型制冷监控系统的构成,重点介绍了采用MODBUS通信协议,实现PLC与各库房控制器之间数据通信的实现方法,该方法已在多个制冷系统中得到成功应用。

In the monitoring system of the refrigeration process, there were many types of equipments which were decentralized in distribution. The monitoring system characterized by the integration of both the centralization, decentralization and hierarchical module was proposed. MODBUS protocol, data communication between PLC and controller of storehouse were described. The proposed monitoring system had been successfully used in many refrigeration processes.
