随着信息技术的发展,档案信息化已成为国家信息化建设的重要内容。针对当前地勘单位档案管理的现状及档案信息化建设进程中存在的人员素质、设备投入等一系列管理问题,指出地质档案信息化建设不但需要各级领导部门的高度重视,更需要档案管理人员更新观念,提高认识。实现地质档案信息化管理既要提高从业人员的素质和技能,又要充分利用现代网络技术。地质档案信息化建设要根据本行业的具体规定,开发的地质档案信息化系统要以提高档案管理效率和服务质量为宗旨,确保最大限度的满足地质档案信息资源共享的要求。

Along with the development of IT, information-based archive management is already a major part of state establishment of information society. Aimed at a series of management issues in current geological exploration unit＇s archive management status quo and personnel quality, facility investment in the overall course, pointed out that not only every level authorities to pay attention to are needed, but also management personnel idea and awareness renewal. To realize geological archive IT based management, professional particular regulations should be followed, geological archive management IT based system have to take archive management efficiency and service quality as tenet, to ensure furthest requirements of geological archive information resources sharing.
