医院常用药品价格层次调查分析

Survey and Analyses of Price Hierarchies of Common Drugs in Hospital

目的分析医院药品的价格层次及有关数据,为药品集中采购工作及国家宏观调控药品价格提供参考。方法将某院常用西药价格划分为多个层次并进行调查。结果60元内的药品品规数占用药总数的83.89%,60～100元的占7.25%,100～500元的占8.13%,500～1000元的占0.73%。100元以上各主要作用类别的药品品规数所占比例高低依次为抗肿瘤药物、诊断用药、专科用药等。结论医院药品价格层次日趋合理。

Objective To provide the price hierarchies of hospital drugs and related data and to provide the theoretical guide for central buying and macro- controlling on drug prices for state medicine administration departments. Methods The investigation for the prices of common western medicines in one hospital was carried out. The prices of common western medicines were divided into several categories, according to their prices and functions. Results Drugs with prices ≤60 yuan accounted for 83.39%;drugs with 60- 100 yuan occupied 7.25% ; 100 - 500 yuan 8. 13% ; 500 - 1 000 yuan 0.73% ; From top to low, categorized by their functions, drugs with price above 100 yuan were antineoplastic drugs, diagnostic drugs, drugs for special clinics and so on. Conclusion Due to the repeated price reductions by the government and the monitoring by hospitals, the price levels of hospitals common drugs are increasingly rationalized.
