复方四黄液熏洗治疗手部开放性损伤30例

Clinical Observation on Effect of Compound Sihuang Decoction in Treating Hand Open Injury

目的评价复方四黄液熏洗治疗手部开放性损伤的临床疗效。方法将手部开放性损伤患者60例随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用预防感染、脱水消肿、止痛、伤口换药等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用复方四黄液200mL熏洗,每日1次,每次30min,连续7d为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后患手的肿胀、疼痛、活动障碍情况,并对两组疗效结果进行对比分析。结果治疗组治愈4例,显效16例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为90.0%;对照组治愈2例,显效10例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为86.7%。两组疗效结果经Wilcoxon秩和检验,P<0.05,差异具有显著性。结论复方四黄液具有较好的消肿、止痛功效,从而改善了关节活动度,用复方四黄液熏洗治疗手部开放性损伤是一种简便、实用、科学、有效的中药外治方法。

Objective To estimate the .curative effects of Compound Sihuang Decoction in the treatment of hand open injury. Methods 60 patients with hand open injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated by Compound Sihuang Decoction 200 mL, on the basis of conventional treatment such as infection prevention, eliminating stasis to subdue swelling, relieving pain and cleaning wound（once a day, each 30 rain, for 7 days for a caurse）, while the other patients in the control group were treated by the same basic treatment. The swelling, pain and activity were evaluated compare and analysis the two results and efficacy. Results 4 cases in treatment group had excellent result, 16 cases had good result, 7 cases had fair result and 3 cases had poor result; while in control group 2 cases had excellent result, 10 cases had good results, 14 cases had fair result and 4 cases had poor result. The two total effective rate was 90.0% and 86.7%. Efficacy results of two groups by the Wilcoxon rank sum test, and the difference was distinct （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Sihuang Decoction is effective in treating hand open injury.
