青年人涂阳肺结核临床特征

Characteristics of young patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨青年人涂阳肺结核的诊治和管理措施。方法对135例青年人涂阳肺结核进行分析。结果青年人以咳嗽、胸痛、发热、纳差、消瘦、盗汗为主,病程短。结论早期诊断和治疗是改善预后的关键,积极查痰及胸部X线检查,以便及早发现,及早治疗。

Objective To investigate clinical features, proper treatment and management methods of the young patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A comparison was performed among 135 eases of young patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Results. The main symptoms of the young patients were cough, chest pain, fever, anorexia, thin, night sweat, and short disease course. Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment are crucial in the treatment and improving the prognosis. We should give those patients sputum examinations and chest X-ray tests in time in order to make an early diagnosis and treatment.
