为了2010年上海世博会能成功举办,上海必须提高环境承载力,郊区建设是提高环境承载力的有效途径之一。分析了上海耕地保护、食品安全、郊区城镇建设等方面存在的问题及原因,有针对性的提出了相关对策和建议。

For the success of 2010 Expo,Shanghai′s environment bearing capacity must be improved.Suburb construction is one of the effective ways to achieve this goal.This paper analyzes the problems and their causes of Shanghai cultivated land protection,food safety,suburb construction and other aspects,and gives related countermeasures and suggestions.
