在概述会展产业链及其结构和上游、中游、下游产业彼此内在关系与流程的基础上,以珠三角会展产业链为切入点,通过建立模型与大量有关珠三角会展业的翔实的数字、案例相结合,展示了珠三角会展产业链的比较优势,并且对珠三角会展产业链的劣势进行分析,以德国会展产业链的发展模式作为借鉴,提出了珠三角会展产业链的发展对策。采用归纳与演绎相结合的方法,为管理部门和理论界与企业提供有益的理论指导。

This article outlines the Exhibition Industry Chain and its structure, based on the intrinsic relationship and structure among the upper reaches, middle reaches and lower reaches industries, and it takes the Pearl River Delta as an example, by establishing a model combined with rich data and cases, and shows the comparative advantages and disadvantages of Pearl River Delta Exhibition Industry Chain by referring to Germany＇s exhibition Industry Chain proposes the developing strategies for the Pearl River Delta Exhibition Chain. This paper uses deductive approach and inductive approach,and attempts to provide some useful guidance for the management sectors, theorists and enterprises.
