From the view of influences of World Expo on Shanghai dual industrial structure, this paper aims to analyse how to reduce the bad influences on Shanghai＇s economic development, with the opportunities of holding Shanghai Expo in 2010 and international industrial capital re-disposition around the world, and in the process of Shanghai Manufacturing industry＇s promotion to the world level.
