基于上海世博会的长三角会展人才一体化分析

An Analysis of Personnel Integration in the Yangtze Delta Based on Shanghai World Expo

从2002年中国申办上海世博会成功以来,长三角区域的会展产业以每年近乎20%的发展速度递增。会展人才的开发与利用是决定未来长三角会展产业持续增长的重要因素,世博会为开发长三角会展人才带来了契机。在对上海世博会会展人才的发展现状和解决办法的实证式分析的基础上,回顾了长三角会展人才一体化四个阶段的不同发展内容,指出长三角会展人才一体化面临的主要障碍,提出了解决问题的初步路径。

Since China successfully bid for the 2010 Expo River Delta has increased at an annual rate of 20 %. The in 2002, the exhibition industry in the Yangtze cultivation and utilization of exhibition talents plays an important role in the sustainable development of exhibition industry in Yangtze River Delta. And the expo serves as a great chance for the development of such talents. With the analysis of the current talents development for Shanghai Expo and solutions to the problems, and with a review of the different development contents at 4 stages of the integration of exhibition talents in the Yangtze River Delta, the obstacles were pointed out.
