与比较优势和竞争优势不同,知识产权竞争优势突出了以技术和品牌为核心的经济优势。知识产权推动要素的继承和创新;创造出潜在的需求,扩张现实的市场需求;保证新技术、新产品的研发环境和创新渠道的畅通,带动提携相关产业群的发展;知识产权在降低企业成本和保持差异化优势方面具有不可替代的作用。实施知识产权战略,将获取自主知识产权作为企业技术创新的主要目标,是形成企业知识产权竞争优势的必然选择。
Different from comparative advantage and competitive advantage, intellectual property competitive advantages are especially evident in technology and brand. Intellectual property motivate the creation and inheritance of factors; create potential demand and expand actual market demand; provide good research environment for new product and good channel for creation to promote related industry development. The significance of intellectual property in reducing enterprise cost and remaining differences advantage is irreplaceable. It is due to carry out strategy of intellectual property and aim to get its own intellectual property in technology creation for enterprises to form enterprise competitive advantage.
