Business Management should Adhere to the Guidelines of Wholeheartedly Relying on Working-class

改革开放30年来,企业管理引进了大量西方的理论和理念,关于工人阶级的概念和全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针有很多不同的声音。在社会主义市场经济条件下,工人阶级最广泛地包括所有以工资收入为来源的职工,全心全意依靠工人阶级,就是要最大限度地调动一切积极因素,致力于企业发展和社会主义建设。它是极具先进性的理念和方法,更加强调对"人"这一重要因素的尊重。在企业管理中,我们不是要弱化这一理念,而是要坚定不移地贯彻这一指导方针。

The theory and idea of the western business management has been introduced to China over the past three decades since the reform and opening up. In the socialist market economy, it is vital importance to bring all positive factors into play to the highest extent and make every effort to intensify development of an enterprise and socialist construction. And it is necessary to strengthen the concept of＂wholeheartedly relying on the working-class＂, moreover, the legitimate rights and interests of workers should be fully respected and protected.
