Countermeasures for Risk Management of Internet Banking ——A Case Study of Bank of Communications

近十年来,网上银行凭借其独特的优势席卷全球,极大地促进了电子商务发展。然而网上银行的急速发展也为风险监管带来巨大的挑战,通过从汇丰银行风险因素过滤及风险监控团队运作的成功经验的分析着手,结合交通银行网上银行风险管理的实践,提出了包括建立风险因素清单、配置风险经理、完善现场检查与非现场审计监管等的一系列对策。

During the recent ten years, internet banking has swept across the globewith its unique advantages, and has greatly promoted the development of e-business. However, the rapid development of internet banking has also brought great challenge to the risk management. By analyzing the successful experience of HSBC＇ s risk factor filtering and teamwork of risk monitoring and control, cornbining the practice of risk management of Bank of Communications, this article put forward a series of countermeasures which included the establishment of risk factor list, the allocation of risk manager, and the improvement of on-site inspection and off-site audit surveillance.
