A Study of Supply Chain Integration Process Based on Value Chain

回顾了供应链集成过程研究的相关进展,针对供应链集成过程中的不足——"跨组织一体化"特点进行了分析,并从供应链的集成过程是产品价值不断增值的过程,是价值链逐渐形成、完善的过程这一观点出发,依据价值链原理,构建了跨组织一体化的供应链集成过程模型,并将集成过程分成五个阶段分别进行分析研究,探讨了供应链过程和节点的集成方式。最后以L集团公司的供应链集成过程作为案例对模型的可行性进行了分析。

This paper reviewed the research progress on supply chain integration, and analyzed the shortage of supply chain integration process the characteristic of ＂cross - organization integration＂. The supply chain integration process is a process of product value added, and also is a process of value chain formed and improved. Based on the value chain theory, we built a supply chain integration process mode which had the characteristics of cross - organization integration; we divided the process into five stages, discussed the supply chain integration process and the method of integration. Finally, the case of L Group＇ s supply chain integration process proves the feasibility in the reality.
