摘要
关于徽商崛起原因的研究,是历史问题,也是经济问题,更是财务问题。客观环境、社会的经济发展、儒家文化、徽商人力资本投资、徽商企业制度设计等都与徽商的崛起有着千丝万缕的联系。任何一个单一的因素都不是徽商崛起的主要原因,真正徽商崛起的原因是文化、资本与制度的互动机理。
The research on the reasons of Huizhou Merchants＇ Prosperity concern history, economy, and especially the financial affairs. Many aspects have links with the rise of Huizhou merchants, such as the objective environment, economic development, Confucian culture, human resources investment and the design of enterprise system etc. Any single factor can not account for the rise of Huizhou merchants, the real cause is the interaction mechanism of the culture, capital and system.
