The construction and management of the student work team is the key to improve the effectiveness and exactness, and the training of qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors. Based on the important and urgent cognition, the construction and management of the student work team is valued and enhanced in Wuxi Institute of Technology by a series of methods, including counsellors team and class advisor team construction.
