摘要
名目繁多的成长范式导致范式的泛化,使教师迷茫,而过分强调专业化和社会化也使教师成长失衡。教师成长的实质是社会化与个性化,是社会性发展与个性发展的和谐统一。
All sorts of teachers' developing modes have brought their sorts excessively and teachers are confused. However, overemphasizing on professiondization and socialization leads teachers to lose balance. Thus, the perfect combination of socialization and individualization is well done. Socialization development and individualizing development is the essence of teachers' developing.
